Uses self sealing butane/iso-butane cartridges.
In use I found that it would ignite on the first push on the Piezo button. I particularly like that it will fit inside my lightweight cook-set pots, along with a 110g canister. Another feature that impresses me is the anti-flare system. While it has a built-in windshield I prefer to use an additional more substantial lightweight aluminium windshield to help speed up cooking and boil times.
A 110g cylinder will give you about 35~40 minutes of burn time, depending on your flame adjustment. The 110g cylinders are much more expensive per gram in comparison to the 450g ones so maybe look at refilling them yourself if you are a fan on the more compact sized cylinders.
Remember to let the stove cool down before packing it away.
